The Gazco eStudio 85R Inset Electric Fire is the smallest of the range. With multiple flame effects and colourful Chromalight® LED system, all accessible from the remote handset, this stunning electric fire can create the perfect ambience at just the touch of a button, with or without the heat.

The optional Mood Lighting System can be placed almost anywhere you see fit – and is a favourite for feature media wall installations.

With their mesmerising flames, hypnotising glowing ember and log-effects, and versatile design for easy installation, the Gazco eStudio collection offers some of the most enchanting inset electric fires and wall mounted electric fires available. Presented in multiple sizes of electric inset fire as well as two ultra-contemporary floor or wall mounted electric fire suites, all eStudio electric fires offer up to 2kW of programmable heating, but can also be enjoyed without any heat at all.

In addition to the multiple flame effects and vibrant Chromalight® up-lighting, eStudio inset electric fires feature the option to upgrade your centrepiece with the LED Mood Lighting System extends its ability to create the ultimate ambience. Featuring the same 13 Chromalight® colours as the eStudio fire itself, and all controllable via the remote handset, the optional Mood Lighting System can be placed almost anywhere you see fit - and is a favourite for feature media wall installations.

Enchanting Flame Visuals

The eStudio’s flame effects can be customised to suit your mood, with three different combinations of varying tones and five intensity settings. Choose from a vibrant flame picture that casts a rich glow over a darkened room, or opt for some background ambience – great for when you’re watching a movie.

Immersive Ember Bed Up-lighting

Bringing the fire to life, the eStudio’s Chromalight up-lighting system shines through the fuel bed and illuminates the log-effects from below. In addition to a natural amber glow, the eStudio’s up-lighting can be set to a range of different colours or the gradually changing Spectrum mode which transitions through each.

A Choice of True-to-life, Glowing Logs

For the utmost realism, sections of the log-effects glow when the fire’s Chromalight flames and ember bed are activated, just like real burning logs. All eStudio sizes come with a hand detailed log-effect. Looking for something a little different? Our optional Silver Birch log-effect creates an alternative but equally captivating display.

Dynamic Ember Effects

To create the illusion of real embers, the eStudio’s fuel bed is made up of blackened glass media, dusted with a realistic ash-like coating. When lit from below by the eStudio’s Chromalight systems, the fuel bed’s media glows and darkens in different areas, seemingly at random, for a ‘living’ ember look.

Thermostatic Heating

The eStudio features a 2kW thermostatic heating system, which can be programmed to warm your living room to a pre-set temperature. This ‘set and forget’ heating function lets you enjoy your eStudio’s visuals whilst the fire manages the heat. You can also turn off the heating system completely and enjoy the eStudio’s flame and lighting effects without any heat at all, if desired.

Complete Control

For quick and convenient control, this advanced electric fire comes with our Thermostatic Eco handset. This easy to use remote control puts the eStudio’s palette of visual effects at your fingertips. Adjust flames, up-lighting, and also the eStudio’s optional LED Mood Lighting System without getting up. Featuring a thermostatic sensor, the Eco handset also gives you the freedom to set your desired ambient room temperature as well as program your eStudio for daily or weekly heating schedules.

Optional Atmospheric Mood Lighting

Upgrade your eStudio with the versatile LED Mood Lighting System, to maximise your fire’s ambience. Position the flexible LED strip around the fire, under shelves, or even around a TV to provide atmospheric mood lighting. The LED Mood Lighting System can be set to the same 13 vibrant Chromalight colours of the eStudio, and is easily controlled with the fire’s Eco handset.

We recommend that our customers carefully review this information before placing the order and accepting the delivery!

WASTAGE

During the installation process, it will be necessary to make cuts to slabs to accommodate corners, drain covers, and curvatures, and into corners, or to fit them into your space without compromising the design. As a result, there will always be some waste in the form of off-cuts. We strongly recommend ordering an additional 10-15% of the product to account for this waste, including any mistakes during the laying, accidental damage on-site, and natural variations that you may prefer not to use.

Each product's square meter (m²) coverage indicates the total area that can be covered using the stone, including the recommended joint widths for the spaces between the slabs. This provides a realistic estimation of the area that the product will cover once installed, helping you accurately place your order. The coverage area of the stone alone can be calculated by considering the measurements and quantities of the slabs.

PAVING PRODUCTS BATCHES

We cannot guarantee exact match of paving products unless ordered at the same time on the same delivery!

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

  • We usually deliver on working days, excluding bank and public holidays, usually between 8 am to 6 pm.
  • The access road surface must be suitable for large heavy vehicles (tarmac, block paving, or concrete). Our lorries cannot operate on rough, loose, or soft ground.
  • We are likely to be using either a 7.5t or 18t lorry with a tail lift. The road, gate, or any access point must be at least 3m wide and high. The vehicle can be as big as an arctic. Ensure the delivery point is free of obstacles and there is enough room for our lorry to turn.
  • When delivering with a tail lift vehicle the driver will use a pump truck to position your pallet. Please ensure the surface is hard, flat, and level. Pump trucks can’t operate on gravel, grass, sand, or any other soft surface.
  • Standard delivery will be kerbside, please ensure the surface is level, flat, and hard to allow the pump truck to operate.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is ample room for the lorry to park by the kerb to safely unload. If there is no available space and the delivery vehicle has to pull over on double yellow lines it will be down to the customer to accept the risk if the driver receives a ticket whilst doing so. The alternative is to ask the driver to return another time, but this will be subject to a redelivery cost payable before the delivery is made.

1. Even with our best efforts, we cannot always ensure that breakages will not occur during transit. It's recommended that you order about 10-15% more of what you need for any cutting, waste, or possible future repairs. For successful claims, we will issue a refund for the total value of the damaged goods. It is important to understand that we do not provide free replacements. Please note that we do not offer free replacements. We will unfortunately not be refunding or replacing if the breakages fall under 10%.

2. Make sure you or someone authorised on your behalf is available to sign for the delivery, otherwise, you may be responsible for an additional fee for redelivery per package in case the items cannot be left attended. On delivery, please check product delivered is correct and not damaged. Any return and exchange after the delivery has been signed for will go through our normal exchange/return procedures potentially incurring costs to you. Any damaged goods have to be reported to our office and the driver at the time of delivery. They need to be signed for so the customer can put in a claim.

3. Please be sure that you have the full amount of useable goods on-site before booking any trade persons or starting your project. This will give you the necessary time to check for damage and raise a claim before your project starts and will avoid any damages holding up work. We cannot be held liable for any situations outside of our control such as agreements or contracts between the customer and their contractor. Due to the natural character of some products, there might be differences in colour shades and grain patterns, and therefore a ‘random’ laying pattern might be required.

How long does the delivery take?

Most nationwide deliveries will take approximately 5 working days, the local deliveries 1-3 days. When your order is ready, you will be notified by a member of our team to arrange a suitable delivery time for you. Any exceptions are usually mentioned in the product description.

Please, keep in mind that we do our best effort to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date. Our deliveries are handled by a third-party delivery company and although we strive to deliver the goods within the provided timeframe, please note that the timeframe is an estimate and not guaranteed. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay in your delivery. Please be aware that you are not eligible for any form of compensation in such cases.

We highly recommend refraining from scheduling any tradesperson or equipment hire until the goods have been delivered to avoid any potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

What do I need to know about the lorry delivering my order?

We are likely to be using either a 7.5t or 18t lorry with a tail lift. The vehicle can be as big as an arctic. This type of vehicle must be allowed to get as close to your delivery point as possible. The road, gate, or any access point must be at least 3m wide and high. You are responsible for ensuring the access for our lorry is clear with no overhanging trees or cables. Please ensure the delivery point is free of obstacles and there is enough room for our lorry to turn. Our lorries can only access delivery areas that are flat and solid enough to take the weight of the pallet. The access road surface must be suitable for large heavy vehicles (tarmac, block paving, or concrete). Our lorries cannot operate on rough, loose, or soft ground.

Do you deliver into my driveway or back garden?

All deliveries are kerbside by default and it is at the driver’s discretion how close to your property it can be delivered. The driver will be using a manual pump truck to wheel the goods in so please ensure the access is clear with a flat and even surface. The pump truck can’t operate on gravel or grass.

Do I need to be present at the delivery?

Yes, we strongly recommend you oversee the delivery of your order. Any challenges and difficulties will be easier to overcome.

For the composite decking & cladding deliveries, we recommend having a forklift available at your site to unload the goods. Another option is to have a sufficient number of people available on your site to be able to open & split the pallet on the lorry and unload the goods from the pallet by hand. This will be done at your own risk. You accept this risk by placing your order.

What if delivery fails?

If these guidelines are not followed and the delivery fails, you will be liable for all costs including but not limited to;

  1. Redelivery charge

  2. Return delivery to us

  3. Restocking fee

        DAMAGES

Slabs can often still be utilized as offcuts in cases where they are damaged.
We recommend utilizing these slabs in a way that discards the damaged portion, allowing you to maximize the usage of the stone without laying anything that may be unsuitable.

It is common for slabs to have chips on the edges or corners, which can occur during unpacking or transportation. These chips generally do not affect the performance of the slab and are typically concealed once the patio has been pointed.

Call our office or email us if you have any questions.

To view applicable delivery charges, please enter your postcode during the checkout process. The standard shipping fees will be calculated based on your location.

We offer free UK delivery on all natural stone paving, porcelain paving, natural stone & porcelain walling, natural stone & porcelain cladding, drainage and the related accessories orders over £700 (exclusions apply).

The free UK delivery does not include any possible optional surcharges like a next-day, named-day or Saturday delivery surcharge and any additional costs related to smaller vehicles being used if there are access issues or restrictions.

Your order will currently be dispatched within 2 working days via a courier booking service or via our own trucks (local deliveries). Most UK mainland deliveries will take approximately 5 working days from date of dispatch. Most local deliveries will take approximately 1-3 working days. Any exceptions are usually mentioned in the product description.

We can also provide the next-day, Saturday or named-day (Monday-Friday) delivery service if required. These additional charges apply (on top of the standard shipping prices):

        Next-Day Delivery      + £45
        Saturday Delivery      + £75
        Named-Day Delivery + £45

Contact our office if you require any of these services.

We do not offer the next-day, Saturday or named-day delivery service for the postcodes mentioned below, for the sample orders and the composite decking, cladding and fencing orders.

The cut-off time for the next-day delivery is 11.00 am!

The next-day delivery means the goods will be delivered on the next working day (not on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday). The next-day delivery orders placed on the weekend or the bank holiday will be delivered on the second working day following the weekend or the bank holiday.

Your order will be placed on a delivery booking service, and your local depot will arrange the best day to deliver the goods to you.  You will receive tracking details from us once your order has been dispatched; this will contain your tracking reference and local delivery number.

If you need a more specific time slot or any further information regarding your delivery, please give them a call. Your driver will also call 1 hour before delivery.

We may be able to arrange a dedicated vehicle for large orders, which sometimes reduces the carriage cost.

In the case of local delivery, you will be contacted by our office regarding the exact delivery date and time.

The free natural stone paving, porcelain paving, natural stone walling & cladding, drainage and accessories delivery excludes the following postcodes and areas. The standard shipping rates shown on the checkout page do not apply to these areas. The excluded areas are:

Please, keep in mind that we do our best to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay in your delivery, or for any damages caused by the third-party delivery company to the customer's property. Please be aware that you are not eligible for any form of compensation from Stone Saver in such cases.
We highly recommend refraining from scheduling any tradesperson or equipment hire until the goods have been delivered to avoid any potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our UK nation wide deliveries are handled by a third-party delivery company, and although we strive to deliver the goods within the provided timeframe, please note that the timeframe is an estimate and not guaranteed.

If you cannot see any shipping rate for the post code of the area you live in at the checkout page, don't hesitate to get in touch with our helpline (or use our online chat facility) for further information.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)!
