Batch Information

If you are looking to extend the patio, then you need to specify in your order which batch you need. It is not guaranteed that the batch will be available. It is therefore advised to make sure you order enough.

We cannot guarantee an exact colour match of porcelain paving products unless ordered at the same time and on the same delivery! Natural stone will always have variation, which is part of its beauty.

Tiles come in boxes or crates, and there is a small white sticker on each box with the batch number.

If you're re-ordering the same product and need it for the same job, make sure you put the original batch number in the special instructions.

Keep in mind that our current stock levels limit our ability to match your request to specific batches. While the item you've requested is still available, we cannot guarantee that we can fulfil your order with a specific batch. We will, however, do our best to accommodate your needs based on our available inventory.
